Founded by licensed clinical social worker wife, and mother, Amber C. Harris, Masterminds Consulting was inspired by years of helping children and families overcome emotional and behavioral challenges. Amber's work revealed that lasting change happens when the entire family is supported—not just the child. By partnering with caregivers through empathy, education, and evidence-based strategies, she witnessed families heal and grow together. Today, Masterminds Consulting is dedicated to equipping children and families with the tools, skills, and resilience needed to thrive through life's challenges.

My passion for servant leadership began long before I became a social worker. Growing up in Atlantic City, New Jersey, I watched my mother, grandmother, and aunt selflessly serve others through their church and community—feeding the homeless, caring for the sick, mentoring youth, and extending compassion to those in need. Their example taught me that meaningful change begins with a willingness to serve.
Inspired by their impact, I dedicated my career to uplifting children, families, and communities. Over the past 16 years, I have served as an in-home therapist, school-based program director, advocate, mentor, and educator, helping individuals navigate challenges and build resilience. Today, I continue that mission by supervising and mentoring future social workers, preparing the next generation of change agents to create lasting impact in their own communities.
Masterminds Consulting is a natural extension of that lifelong calling—equipping individuals, families, schools, and organizations with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to thrive.
