About Us

Arlyn is a seasoned human resources specialist who has significantly contributed to the growth of organizations in the service industry.

She earned her degree in Behavioral Sciences, specializing in Organizational Systems Development, from the De La Salle University, Manila. Rising from the ranks, she has a solid background in all facets of human resources management as a strategic business unit of an organization.  

Taking a step further, she has encompassed systems development from HR policies and procedures to organization-wide processes and work systems, given her know-how in the formation of quality management systems and its audit.  Arlyn completed a certificate course for ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Audit at the BSI Management Systems (Asean) Pte Ltd, Singapore.

Her love for discovery lead her to become a trainer and facilitator of various developmental programs with group processing as the core of every learning experience.  She completed certificate courses in Designing and Developing an Effective Training Curriculum at the Certificate Program Center, DLSU – College of Saint Benilde, and in Facilitating Adult Learning at the Ateneo De Manila University, School of Social Sciences, Center for Organization Research and Development.

Arlyn is also an active member of the Association of Human Resources Managers in the Hospitality Industry (AHRM) where she served as an officer for 3 consecutive terms. She is currently involved in business structure analysis and remodeling; looking into human capital, material assets, business interaction flows and risk mitigation.
