Diane specializes in enhancing communication skills through workshops and one-on-one sessions. Her method includes the use of theater practices and principles to improve not only communication but creativity and motivation in the workplace in general.
Her theater background was solidified while working with Tanghalang Ateneo, Entablado and the Ateneo Fine Arts Department in several productions from 1999-2012. Proudly, Diane represented the Philippines in an International Theater Festival in Shanghai, China. She also worked with a group called Roleplayers where she has given workshops to improve communication, motivation, leadership, and creativity, to students, teachers, supervisors and managers.
Dianne has taught in the high school and college departments at the Ateneo de Manila University. As a Corporate Business Trainer, she facilitated blended learning courses, both for classroom and online aspects, to non-English speaking Europeans through the Ateneo Language Learning Center. Aside from teaching oral and written communication, she works as a Community Relations and Development Director in Atheneum School, where she designs, implements and delivers leadership development training programs based on identified training needs through collaborative relationships with the teachers, students, parents and staff of Atheneum. She developed and managed Atheneum’s marketing plan, including website and blog development and social media management.
Dianne also worked as an Executive Coach for Magis Inc. in Honolulu, coaching executives to enhance communication, interpersonal, time management, stress management skills and work-life balance. She facilitated numerous interactive workshops for sales professionals, supervisors and executives which enhanced their communication skills, boosted confidence and increased personal and team productivity. She communicated strategies to improve choices and overall wellbeing and assisted employees in developing realistic goals and life plans to motivate them to make positive life-altering changes.
